The GMSA Pathways progression agreements / guarantees

Any information provided by the Pathways tool is intended as a guide and does not form a contract or the terms of a contract between the GMSA or any college or university in Greater Manchester and a student or third party. The colleges and universities in Greater Manchester reserve the right to amend courses in the interests of improving their overall provision, and this may affect guarantees listed in this website. The guarantees given in any agreement were correct at the time of publication. The details of the agreements may restrict eligibility for the guarantees. To confirm that these agreements / guarantees are still in operation, and details of eligibility, please contact the institution(s) to which you wish to apply. Please note occasionally, where there is high demand for places, an offer for deferred entry may be made. 

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be covered by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
