1. Progression to HE for Apprentices in Financial and Professional Services

   Skills Solutions have been working with The Bank of New York Mellon since 2005 to develop and deliver the first ever Investment Banking (Investment Administration) level three Apprenticeship which is part of the new Retail Financial Services Apprenticeship Framework.

2. Engaging employers and learners - Professional Apprenticeship in Management

   This project is a joint development between Skills Solutions and the University of Bolton and will lead to the expansion and development of a current area of vocational provision for young learners.

3. Employer Engagement - Learning Through Work CPD Modules

   This project will raise awareness of flexible work based provision within Greater Manchester and will enable companies and employees to access innovative provision in Leadership and Management.

4. First Steps - Modular Community based Access to Education for Regeneration

   This is a pilot project to develop the delivery of community based active learning modules across Greater Manchester.

5. Professional Development Planning for Vocational Learners in FE

   This project aims to develop a thorough and user friendly format for a student Personal Development Plan and to implement this within selected student cohorts resulting in a valuable tool for students’ progression into employment and higher education.
